Our high-level overview of how we strategise a successful Social Media Marketing Campaign.

1. Research and Planning:

The first part of Phase one before anything else, and as with most projects is research and planning.

  • Identify target audience and demographics.
  • Analyse competitors and industry trends.
  • Decide specific and measurable goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation).

2. Choose Social Media Platforms:

From the initial research above we disifer your clients most visited plaforms and most suitable avenues for your demographic.

  • Select platforms based on your target audience (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Consider the nature of your business and the type of content you plan to share.

3. Create and Optimise Profiles

Once the Plaforms have been decided, it's important the correct handles are chosen and they look and dressed as part of the brand & marketing strategy. 

  • Develop a consistent brand image across all chosen platforms.
  • Optimise profiles with relevant keywords, logos, and compelling descriptions.

4. Content Strategy

Design and Propose a content Strategy which will include how often and what type of posts and content we need. 

  • Develop a content calendar.
  • Plan a mix of content types (text, images, videos).
  • Establish a posting schedule.
  • Establish a budget
  • Research and use relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
  • Create a branded hashtag if applicable.

5. Visual Content Creation

Design and Propose a visual strategy and a concept visual, style of how the content will present to users. This will become our style guide of how we roll out the content, and give us a starting point of how things will look. 

  • We develop a proposed visually strategy with appealing graphics, images, and videos, to explore how your content will look. 
  • Ensure consistency with your brand.

6. Analytics and Monitoring

Some of this may already be set up with your website. But we would look to ensure that everything is connected to be able to pull all data when needed.

  • Set up analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
  • Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.

7. Monthly Content Curation

Phase 3, which involves Implementing the above as we start rolling out content and look to engage users.  

  • Month on month content curation and design, one month in advance.
  • Presented to client with feedback and any amends.
  • Signed off by the client, then scheduled for the coming month.

8. Reporting & Optimisation

The most important part of any marketing campaign is the measurement. We look to ensure we have strategic regular marketing data points throughout the year to sit down and discuss performance, and look at ways to improve.

  • Month on month content curation and design, one month in advance.
  • Presented to client with feedback and any amends.
  • Signed off by the client, then scheduled for the coming month.

9. Paid Social Media Ads

Once we have good looking content rich social media platforms, we look to consider social media paid advertising to drive more traffic to your platforms and create brand awareness.

  • Strategise a paid campaign 
  • Decide Main Objectives & Budget
  • Design Campaign, Photograph, videos etc...
  • Roll out Campaign
  • Decide reporting milestones and frequency.
